Steve Sidhu

Steve is an accomplished, award-winning and results-driven senior global executive with over 30 years experience who has excelled at creating and developing new business globally and locally across various industry sectors.

Steve has developed a strong passion for companies looking to get off the ground and globally expanding businesses. Having worked with both multinationals and medium sized enterprises globally he has gained considerable amount of knowledge and experience. 

Demonstrated success in building relationships with top Fortune 500 CxO management and companies across the globe.

Steve has built and maintained an international network of commercial, business relationships and contacts throughout Asia and globally as a direct result of successfully helping various companies increase real growth and achieve revenue goals with the clear understanding of various cultures.

He has been living in Japan for over 11 years and speaks many languages and comes from Australia.

Robert Burnside

Robert is a compassionate strategic partner, helping clients to clarify and attain their individual and organizational goals efficiently.

He listens, explores, challenges, encourages, and gives honest feedback. He prioritizes client needs over coaching methodology, because it is the adaptation of method to circumstances that produces value. Similarly, he helps clients adapt their own knowledge and experience to their changing environment. 

He also trains professional executive coaches in Japan and Germany to full International Coach Federation (ICF) certification. He loves storytelling, its power to influence, and teaching storytelling to others and has engaged numerous coaching workshops.


Stephen Coates

Principal Consultant – Stephen Coates

Stephen has over 20 years’ governance, and assurance experience (including technology advisory), and leads global initiatives for brand name organisations.

He is an international member of the Institute of Internal Auditors Standards Board, developing Standards for practitioners globally. He is also a non-executive Director and Board Chair, with a focus on helping Boards and committees make good decisions. Stephen also leads transformation through business improvement and robust audit & risk committee conversations of organisation’s committees.

Stephen’s core skills focus on leading organisations by coaching and mentoring (including group and one-on one training) Boards, Committees, and executive teams through complex project/program delivery, multi-jurisdiction business solution visioning, business building, engagement delivery, and people development.

Principal Consultant – Paul Lovegrove

Paul Lovegrove

Paul has over 35 year’s experience in Technology including Enterprise IT Solutions, Business Development, Revenue Generation, starting up companies and Entrepreneurial Business pursuits.

As founder of a successful technology and consulting company subsequently leading to its acquisition by a Financial Technology organization.

He has developed a strong passion for technology startup ideas, companies looking to get off the ground and globally expanding businesses.

Having worked with both multinationals and medium sized enterprises globally he has absorbed a considerable amount of knowledge and experience.

This experience has paved the way to being an ex-CEO and subsequently working closely with CxO at all levels.

In recent years he has built and maintained an international network of commercial and business relationships, contacts and colleagues throughout Asia and globally as a direct result of successfully helping various companies increase real growth and achieve revenue goals with a clear understanding and appreciation of various cultures.

Paul’s strengths and experience have seen him progress from company founder to senior sales director, senior regional manager and adviser for a number of large multinational firms.


Technical Adviser – Jamie Jones

Jamie Jones

Jamie has over 18 years experience in technology covering a variety of aspects and would be considered a technical evangelist. Embracing technology and how it brings value to an organisation has been a passion.

As founder of multiple businesses he has developed a strong passion for startups, whereby he has lead his own companies into success through very competitive markets.

His clients have included companies where mission critical systems needed to be maintained and uptime is critical. Overall his expertise covers technologies including Linux, Open Source, Virtualisation, system design, web technologies, and numerous other platforms.

Having worked with both multinationals and medium sized enterprises, he has absorbed a considerable amount of knowledge and experience.

Jamie’s asset is that he brings a wealth of business technology, evangelist and company startup knowledge all coupled to deliver engagements.
